For three days the Amsterdam World Fashion Centre was dedicated to African culture and fashion. This year's Africa Fashion Week Amsterdam is for the second time, from 28 to 30 of August, this time in the Royal Tropical Institute at the Mauritskade. For the second time in history, scientists are transmitting communications to extraterrestrials.

NASA scientists hope to communicate with extraterrestrials. They've drafted a message that they want to launch into space soon. That message is more than a simple 'hi, how are you?' The goal is to give the aliens as much knowledge about our civilization as possible.
