This film about Voldemort has already been viewed 4.5 million times

Fans of Harry Potter have made a film about the evil genius of the book series, Voldemort. It is a big hit: in two days time the video has been viewed more than 4.5 million times. 'Voldemort: Origins of the Heir' is the film, made by two Italian students. The story is about the period between the graduation of Voldemort to Hogwarts, when he was called Tom Riddle, and the rise of Lord Voldemort. Director Gianmaria Pezzato and producer Stefano Prestia emphasize that this is a non-profit project from fans. That is important because Warner Bros wanted to ban the project. Only after the creators indicated that they did not want to make a profit, they get permission. The film of more than 52 minutes has been put together with a budget of 15,000 euros.  The money was brought together via crowdfunding platform Kickstarter.

The film is definitely worth it for fans who have to wait a while for a new Harry Potter film.

For the second time in history, scientists are transmitting communications to extraterrestrials.

NASA scientists hope to communicate with extraterrestrials. They've drafted a message that they want to launch into space soon. That message is more than a simple 'hi, how are you?' The goal is to give the aliens as much knowledge about our civilization as possible. "The message incorporates basic mathematical and physical ideas to construct a universal means of communication, followed by information regarding the biochemical makeup of life on Earth," said Jonathan Jiang, the primary author.
