Stolen vodka bottle of a million found on construction site

Three kilos of gold, three kilos of silver and inlaid with diamonds. That makes a bottle of Russo-Baltique Vodka the most expensive bottle of vodka in the world. Pub boss Brian Ingberg had to fear a $ 1 million when the bottle was stolen from his café in Copenhagen. But the bottle has been found. Empty.

Last week Ingberg distributed images of the theft via the internet. It can be seen how a thief with a flashlight scans the collection, according to the owner, over 1200 bottles and takes the lavish bottle with him. Two days later Ingberg received a phone call from someone who had found the bottle. He was lying on a building site and was handed to the police. Without vodka, but according to the bar owner, that does not matter for the price.

Russo-Baltique Vodka is made by the Latvian company Dartz, which builds expensive armored cars. The brand specializes in luxuries for the ultra-rich and, in its own words, even has a Head of Abundance in service that must meet the most exorbitant requests from buyers.

Dartz previously drew attention to a car that would be the most expensive SUV in the world. The windows were not only bulletproof but also gilded, the instruments were inlaid with diamonds and the interior would be covered with whale foreskin leather. The company eventually turned away from the latter after criticism from animal rights activists. The car should cost a million euros, but whether that amount has ever been paid is unclear. The company also made an attempt to make the most expensive car steering in the world, from crocodile leather.
