Tea with a thick layer of cheese over it. It sounds terrible, but is currently very popular. The drink is originally from Taiwan, but is spreading rapidly around the world. Also in Singapore, New York and London the tea is more and more on the menu. The layer of cheese on top of the tea has to cover up the bitter tea flavor. Also your tea will look a bit like a milkshake, but then warm. And with cheese. A cheese tea shop has already opened in Indonesia. There they are real lovers of the strange stuff. It is very easy to make yourself. Make a pot of tea. Mix condensed milk and cream cheese and add this to the tea. Then you get cheesy tea or cheesetea as the English say.

For the second time in history, scientists are transmitting communications to extraterrestrials.

NASA scientists hope to communicate with extraterrestrials. They've drafted a message that they want to launch into space soon. That message is more than a simple 'hi, how are you?' The goal is to give the aliens as much knowledge about our civilization as possible. "The message incorporates basic mathematical and physical ideas to construct a universal means of communication, followed by information regarding the biochemical makeup of life on Earth," said Jonathan Jiang, the primary author.
