Women who beat each other in the face

In China, a riot has developed around a company outing of a cosmetic company in Nanchang. The organizers apparently thought it was a good idea that female employees kneeling on the podium face each other with the flat hand. Managers and other employees watched. Several videos of the team building session are shared on social media.

The company is not available for comment. Earlier, a supervisor stated that the exercise was intended to create more cohesion in the team. In the background of the video you can read "Team wolf" in big letters. The Chinese news site Shanghaiist quotes an employee of the company who says employees must also develop a 'wolf force' by hitting them. It is not the first time that team excursion, training or penalties for employees in the country cause a stir. In January a video surfaced that showed that female employees of tech company Tencent had to take a bottle of water with their mouths that clenched male colleagues between their thighs.The suggestion that was awakened was that they satisfied the men orally. 

Chinese media also reported on employees of other companies who had to eat dirty things, crawled on the streets, had to kiss trash cans or run through the city in their underwear.

For the second time in history, scientists are transmitting communications to extraterrestrials.

NASA scientists hope to communicate with extraterrestrials. They've drafted a message that they want to launch into space soon. That message is more than a simple 'hi, how are you?' The goal is to give the aliens as much knowledge about our civilization as possible. "The message incorporates basic mathematical and physical ideas to construct a universal means of communication, followed by information regarding the biochemical makeup of life on Earth," said Jonathan Jiang, the primary author.
