Robot gets second life after work in car factory and is now behind turntable in big discotheque

Robots can often be something that people can. And that is why a nightclub in the Czech capital Prague has employed a robot as a DJ. From behind the turntables, the DJ chooses the numbers, turns the knobs and moves the sliders. He can also scratch and dance. The only thing he can not do is feel how the visitors feel. It is the second career for the robot. He previously worked in a car factory. But after his departure there he was re-programmed so that he could get to work at the club Karlovy lázně, one of the biggest clubs in Central Europe.

For the second time in history, scientists are transmitting communications to extraterrestrials.

NASA scientists hope to communicate with extraterrestrials. They've drafted a message that they want to launch into space soon. That message is more than a simple 'hi, how are you?' The goal is to give the aliens as much knowledge about our civilization as possible.
