What you should do if you wake up at night and can not sleep

Where it comes from, you have no idea, but suddenly you are wide awake and it does not appear that you fall asleep quickly. They come with six tips to doze off again as soon as possible:
1. Leave the lights off

2. Do not lie in bed
Do not lie still in bed, but go out there and do something relaxing. Think of crossword puzzles, knitting or reading a book. And no, no phone or computer.
3. Use sunglasses

4. Eat nothing

5. Do not look at the clock
Almost everyone look at the clock and think about how few hours you can sleep. It makes you stressed out from it, your heart rate goes up and falling asleep lasts even longer.
6. Do not sleep during the daytime
Even though you are in the mood for a power nap, do not do it. Do not go exaggeration to bed early after a short night. Any change of your rhythm brings only harm to your sleep pattern. Just go as normal at the same time bed and get up at the same time.
