Obama for president ... in France?

Oui on peut! In other words: yes we can!

It is the well-known slogan that an action group in France would persuade to stand for election for Barack Obama as president. The protesters have hung hundreds of posters in Paris and started an online petition. There are now 30,000 signatures collected. 



Four friends concluded during an evening beer that they total no longer have confidence in the current French presidential candidates. "We are fed up and want a president that we really believe in," said one of the initiators in an interview.




The petition According to correspondent Frank Renout arise out of fear."The protesters are afraid of what is to come during the presidential election in May."
