Four types of 'miniature frogs discovered in India

Scientists have discovered four tiny frog species in the mountainous area of Western Ghat in South India. According to the researchers, the animals are so small that they probably have been overlooked in the past. 

The frogs from the four discovered species are small enough to fit on a human fingernail. The animals are active at night. Besides the minature frogs there were three types of night frogs discovered in the area. The discovery was published Tuesday in the scientific journal PeerJ. 

"Miniature species are locally abundant and were not rare, but there probably looked over it because of their extremely small size, mysterious habitats and insect-like call, "said researcher Sonali Garg.

For the second time in history, scientists are transmitting communications to extraterrestrials.

NASA scientists hope to communicate with extraterrestrials. They've drafted a message that they want to launch into space soon. That message is more than a simple 'hi, how are you?' The goal is to give the aliens as much knowledge about our civilization as possible.
