How to become a morning person

Many know the problem: in the evening you do not want to go to bed and in the morning you will not come out. Only the real morning person stands alert next to his bed when the alarm goes off. With these tips you will soon belong to that enviable sort.
1. Eat earlier
Make sure that your body has time for at least two hours to digest your food before you go to sleep. So if you want to get up really fresh at six, then eat at least for eight. And the sooner the better.
2. Drink less coffee
In the morning it is your salvation, in the evening your enemy. Do you have trouble to sleep, then do not drink coffee after 15 pm. Caffeine can make you stay too long active.
3. Turn off the TV
The tip is known: no more electronics before bedtime. So skip your favorite series and pick up a book. Before you know it, you doze off.
4. Do not sport in the evening.
Try the last hours before you go to bed to rest. Start your sport early in the morning. It seems to be quite refreshing.
5. Put your alarm clock always somewhere else.
Snoozing is not nice. You only think: I must go out, but I don.t want to. Stop it there! so by setting your alarm clock away from your bed, so you will go out of bed.
6. Give it time.
Your alarm clock two hours earlier, does not work from one day to another. The first week you will feel tired. Do not give up, but take time to get used to your new status early riser.
7. Get up early on weekends.
You should probably not think about, but still, try it: get up early on weekends. Did you really do not feel like, make then a delicious breakfast in bed with the TV on. So you are awake, but you lie still warm under the blankets.
