This is probably the weirdest picture you ever saw on a driving license. And he's perfectly legal


An official of the administration who issues licenses in the US state of Maine, looked surprised when he received an unusual request from a resident Phelan Moonsong. The man calls himself a heathen priest and Carry On "for religious reasons" goat horns on his head. He therefore so did the picture for his new driver's license. And now he got the permission. 
Moonsong must in August along with the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV). And he asked his special demand. He claimed that he always wears the goat horns, except he is sleeping or takes a bath. They are a kind of "spiritual antennae," which help him to others to learn something about his faith. 
The service referred him to the Secretary of State of Maine. And they decided that wearing goat horns is permitted, because they have a religious reason and not hide his face. After his application was rejected last month by the DMV, she is now approved. Last week, the man also was assigned his new driver's license. "It is nothing more than a nun wearing a habit or a Sikh with a turban," he adds.

For the second time in history, scientists are transmitting communications to extraterrestrials.

NASA scientists hope to communicate with extraterrestrials. They've drafted a message that they want to launch into space soon. That message is more than a simple 'hi, how are you?'
