-           Who am I

I'm Joli (Jorcelene) Alves, I'm 25 years old and of Cape Verdean descent. I was born and raised in the 'heart' from Rotterdam. I come from a family of womens, mother (Maria de Jesus Monteiro) and two sisters (Helly and Jocianne Alves). I work as a masseuse at Massage QoQo and in my free time I do modeling.

-           What you always have in your bag

A lot of unnecessary paper especially flyers and advertising.

-           What is your mission

My mission is to become International Professional model and have my own beauty salon

- What do you ultimately want to achieve in life 

I want to finally achieve a happy life with a lot of satisfaction from achieving my goals and how I'm going to bring this to get each other to the other.

-           What is your favorite luch dinner hotspot

The house of my mother. There is no food better prepared than my mother.

-           Which fashion designer inspires me. In compiling my outfit

I have no fashion designer who inspires me in choosing my clothes. I wear what I like and fine. I do not have specific styling that I wear.

-           What makeup brand do you feel totally top.

I do not have specific makeup brand where I me completely summit in feel, I use various types of makeup brand and unbranded. Only foundation that gives me I do at Black Up, which is fine and perfect cover because I have different colors on my face

-           What have you done so far for modeling 

- Photo shoots with various photographers
- Catwalk: Fashion Design -ZNi, Wachma Couture, Rabia am Barka, Zahra Haute Couture, ADL, Lois Rose Sharon, Djeyafashion
- Hair Shows: Jemima (Carmen), Avlon Keracare

-           What or who is your inspiration and why

My mother and sisters are my inspiration at the moment, because they show me and motivate that if you work for something hard, you will succeed. They are all three women who dare to stand up for their dreams and also hard work. I used to be a real person trying gave up immediately after 1x if something did not go as I wanted. I've always had dreams, but I wanted to do nothing. More the idea of if it Meant tob e then comes naturally, making my dreams remained just dreams. These women now when I look at them I see women fighting for their goals and not leave the field hitting and this is my Mother with a strong top woman Ambitious children who are now all their passion. My mother always said: If someone else can, why would you then can not? And I used to never answer.Now I ask this question to myself, at times I strained touch on certain situations

Last year,  last weekend of August, a new event  started  in the Netherlands: Africa Fashion Week Amsterdam. For three days the Amsterdam World Fashion Centre was dedicated to African culture and fashion. For the second time in history, scientists are transmitting communications to extraterrestrials.

NASA scientists hope to communicate with extraterrestrials. They've drafted a message that they want to launch into space soon. That message is more than a simple 'hi, how are you?' The goal is to give the aliens as much knowledge about our civilization as possible.
