Playboy for sale



The famous Playboy Mansion is on the market. The villa is officially put on sale next month.

Insiders report to TMZ that the company Playboy Enterprises, owner of the house,want to have 200 million dollars (184 million euros).

Agents Estate say that this is an unrealistic price, because the house would have lapsed. The ground is about 60 million dollars worth, but because of the history of the villa they estimate the value somewhere between 80 and 90 million dollars.



The sale is also a number of conditions attached. Most remarkable is that the new owner must allow Hugh Hefner continues to live in the villa. Another strange condition is that interested people can come see the house, but Hefner's bedroom is off limits.

The villa was in the seventies known when Hefner took up residence there and wished organized parties. Huge house has 22 rooms and has a wine cellar, cinema room, games room, tennis / basketball court and a swimming pool with waterfall and cave.

For the second time in history, scientists are transmitting communications to extraterrestrials.

NASA scientists hope to communicate with extraterrestrials. They've drafted a message that they want to launch into space soon. That message is more than a simple 'hi, how are you?' The goal is to give the aliens as much knowledge about our civilization as possible.
