"We come in peace '

Burger King came Wednesday with a publicity stunt proposed a courtship with great competitor McDonald's. In honor of the International Day of Peace on 21 September dreamed the American fast food chain of a common pop-uprestaurant in Atlanta that day where she would serve the 'McWhopper' citizens.

"We come in peace '

The open letter was full page in several US newspapers, including The New York Times, in combination with social media. "We come in peace", came the first of several, naturally winking. "We know we have our differences, but why no cease-fire calling for the" civil war "?" Or how 'the beef was settled.

McDonald's appeared on Facebook diplomatic unimpressed. "We love the intention but think that our two brands can do something bigger to make a difference. We are committed to promote worldwide awareness. Maybe you join us in a meaningful way?" And then the little bouncer:: "PS: next time a simple telephone call."

Do we hear a war between the two?
