Non Alcoholic Ginger Beer

The most important building blocks of ginger are gingerol, shogaol and zingiberene. These substances have antioxidant properties that help the body to protect against cardiovascular disease and cancer. Furthermore, ginger also various vitamins, minerals, water, protein, carbohydrates and fiber. The vitamins that you will find in ginger are B1, B2, B6, and vitamin C. The minerals to be found in ginger are sodium, potassium, calcium, phosphorus, iron, magnesium, copper and zinc.
Zingiberene is an oil that works with gingerol and is good for digestion.
The fresh scent that comes from ginger comes from the substance zingiberol.
Ginger Beer is a spicy drink made by fresh ginger, also known as ginga biri.
Ingredients

250 grams of fresh ginger
2 liters of water
150 grams of white sugar
15 cloves
1 tablespoon citric acid
1 tablespoon almond essence
Bring water and sugar to a boil.
Peel and grate the ginger and add it to the boiling water.
Let everything cook for another 10-15 minutes.
Remove the pot from the heat and add the cloves, citric acid and almond essence while stirring. Allow to cool and strike a fine sieve or tea towel. Possibly leave the cloves there. Store in the refrigerator for 5 hours or longer. Drink it cold, with ice cubes
